How do I locate my Lost Property?
Please come into the depot on Princes St or call us on 03 474 6657 to see if something you believe you lost on a PT Citibus vehicle has been handed in. PT Citibus will keep any loss property found on the bus for a three month period. All unclaimed property still held at the end of this period will be donated to charity. Passengers are also advised to phone the local police station to report any lost property in case it has been stolen and is not returned to the PT Citibus depot.

-
How can I have a safer journey on public transport?
-
Buses are long vehicles and are difficult to squeeze into some bus stops – especially in the inner city. Please wave your hand to flag down your bus and then step back a little from the curb so that the driver can safely pull in.
-
Request that your driver lowers the bus for you once he has pulled up at your stop. Almost all of the PT Citibus fleet can ‘kneel’ which makes stepping onto the bus much easier.
-
All PT Citibus buses are subject to rigorous safety checks and regular servicing. We are proud of our safety history and will continue to do our best to maintain the best kept fleet in the country.
-
We would greatly appreciate immediate notification from patrons of any suspicious activity on or around buses. If you do see anything suspicious or inappropriate please notify the driver, call the GoBus call centre / Citibus depot, or the police.

How do I know exactly what time the bus will arrive?
The times listed in the timetables are approximates only. The buses start their runs at the specified times but, given the changeable nature of traffic and passengers volumes, it is almost impossible for drivers to maintain the exact timetable. Please make sure you are at your bus stop around 5 minutes prior to the timetabled time of departure to make sure you catch your service. Every endeavour will be made to keep to the time and routes as set out in the timetable. However, no responsibility is accepted for any loss or expense incurred by any person because of delay or irregularity which may occur for any reason whatsoever.
